By downloading, installing, or using the American V-Twin Diagnostics application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
American V-Twin Diagnostics is a mobile reference and diagnostic tool designed to assist motorcycle owners and mechanics in diagnosing fuel injection and electrical issues on 2003–2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with Delphi Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems. The App provides guided diagnostic paths, circuit references, torque specifications, DTC code lookups, and service interval tracking.
The App requires a paid subscription of $4.99 per month to access its features. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of your respective app store.
The App is intended as a reference and educational tool only. The diagnostic information, recommendations, and specifications provided are for general guidance and do not constitute professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified motorcycle technician for critical repairs and safety-related work.
Classified AI LLC and American V-Twin Diagnostics are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of information provided by the App. You assume all risk when performing any maintenance or repair work on your motorcycle.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date diagnostic information, torque specifications, and service data, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors. Specifications may vary by model year, sub-model, and aftermarket modifications. Always verify critical specifications against your motorcycle's factory service manual.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content within the App — including but not limited to diagnostic trees, circuit diagrams, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Classified AI LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. "Harley-Davidson," model names, and related trademarks are the property of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and are used for reference purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classified AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
