1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the V-Twin Diagnostics application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

V-Twin Diagnostics is a mobile and web reference and diagnostic tool designed to assist motorcycle owners and mechanics in diagnosing fuel injection, electrical, and mechanical issues on fuel-injected Harley-Davidson motorcycles from the 2007 model year to current — Evolution Sportster, Twin Cam, Milwaukee-Eight and Revolution Max engine platforms — systems. The App provides symptom-based guided diagnostic paths that identify probable causes, circuit references, component cards, torque specifications, DTC code lookups, and service interval references.

No account is required to use the free reference tools — DTC code lookup, torque specifications, and service intervals are available to anyone who installs the App. An account is required only for account-based features: the Oil Change Tracker, your garage, and diagnostics.

3. Purchases and Payment

The App is sold as one-time Diagnostic Passes and an optional Annual License. There is no monthly subscription and no free trial. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. By purchasing, you agree to the payment terms of your respective app store.

• Diagnostic Pass — $9.99. A one-time purchase good for one complete guided diagnostic, including the Comprehensive Diagnostic Report saved to your motorcycle's profile. Diagnostic Passes do not expire.
• 3-Pack — $24.99. Three Diagnostic Passes at a reduced price. Passes do not expire.
• Annual License — $59.99 per year. Unlimited diagnostics and reports for twelve months, plus access to the Pro Tools. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

What a Diagnostic Pass includes:

• Guided Diagnostic Path — Symptom-based troubleshooting across 12 systems that narrows to the probable cause
• Comprehensive Diagnostic Report — Component specifications for the circuit, the related DTC codes for your motorcycle, the path you took, and the component cards and circuit diagrams for that diagnosis, saved to your motorcycle's profile
• Garage access — Any purchase unlocks your garage, up to 5 motorcycle profiles with full specs and service history
• Diagnostic history — Every completed diagnostic saved and reviewable

What the Annual License adds (Pro Tools):

• Unlimited diagnostics and reports
• Checklists — Pre-Ride Checklist, General Health Check, Battery & Charging Check, Comprehensive EFI Health Check, and Pre-Purchase Inspection
• Complete motorcycle specifications for your exact year, model, and engine
• Illustrated component cards — the full library, browsable at any time
• Operational circuit diagrams — the full library, browsable at any time
• Garage access for up to 20 motorcycle profiles

Free — no account required:

• DTC Code Lookup — 854 diagnostic trouble codes with their meaning by model year, and probable causes for the most common codes
• Torque Specifications — 119 specs for Twin Cam and Evo Sportster engines
• Service Intervals — Recommended maintenance schedules by mileage

Free with an account:

• Oil Change Tracker — Odometer-based reminders for engine oil (including filter changes), primary, and transmission, each tracked on its own interval, with optional email notifications

Purchase terms:

• Diagnostic Passes: One-time purchases, charged once at confirmation. They do not expire and are tied to your account, so they follow you across your devices when you sign in.
• How a Pass is spent: A Diagnostic Pass is spent only when a diagnostic reaches a probable cause. Starting a diagnostic and stopping before the result costs you nothing. When you create a motorcycle profile, one pass is assigned to that motorcycle; a diagnostic on that motorcycle uses its assigned pass first, and otherwise draws from any remaining passes on your account.
• Annual License billing: Billed at $59.99 per year through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Auto-Renewal: The Annual License renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Diagnostic Passes never auto-renew.
• Cancellation: You may cancel the Annual License at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Refunded purchases may result in the corresponding passes being revoked. If you request a refund, you consent to us sharing information about your use of the purchase (for example, whether a Diagnostic Pass was spent) with Apple or Google to assist their review of the request. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@vtwindiagnostics.com.
• Existing monthly subscribers: Riders who purchased the previous $9.99 per month subscription retain full access for the remainder of their paid term.

4. Access and Use

The App provides diagnostic content, reference material, DTC codes, torque specifications, and circuit diagrams. The free reference tools require no account. An account is what associates your motorcycle profiles, diagnostic history, service records, Oil Change Tracker settings, and any Diagnostic Passes you have purchased with you across devices.

5. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The App is intended as a reference and educational tool only. The App identifies probable causes based on the symptoms and behaviors you report — it does not prescribe repairs, and it does not direct you to perform any specific repair procedure. Where a diagnosis is ambiguous, the App's guidance is to consult an authorized dealer or qualified motorcycle technician. The diagnostic information and specifications provided are for general guidance and do not constitute professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified motorcycle technician for critical repairs and safety-related work.

Classified AI LLC and V-Twin Diagnostics are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of information provided by the App. Any inspection, maintenance, or repair work you choose to perform on your motorcycle is undertaken at your own discretion and sole risk. Service interval and reminder features are conveniences based on the mileage and interval information you enter; you remain responsible for maintaining your motorcycle according to its factory service manual.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date diagnostic information, torque specifications, and service data, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors. Specifications may vary by model year, sub-model, and aftermarket modifications. Always verify critical specifications against your motorcycle's factory service manual.

7. User Accounts and Data Retention

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. When an account is closed (or a motorcycle is retired from a garage), we retain a minimal record — account identifiers, the diagnostic results generated for the motorcycle, and associated service records and notes — for three (3) years for safety, liability, and recordkeeping purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Diagnostic and service history entries are maintained as written and are not altered after creation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Diagnostic reports and motorcycle profiles cannot be individually deleted. They are retained as the record of what the App reported, for safety and liability purposes, and are removed only under the account-closure retention period described above.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to diagnostic trees, circuit diagrams, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Classified AI LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. "Harley-Davidson," model names, and related trademarks are the property of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and are used for reference purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classified AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed $50.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
