This page explains how to request deletion of your V-Twin Diagnostics account (a product of Classified AI LLC) and the data associated with it, what is deleted, what is kept, and for how long.

How to delete your account in the app

You can delete your account at any time, directly within the app:

1. Open the V-Twin Diagnostics app and sign in.
2. Tap “Hi, {your name}” in the top corner to open Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is then closed and the deletion described below is applied.

What cannot be deleted individually

Diagnostic reports and motorcycle profiles cannot be removed one at a time. They are retained as the record of what the app reported, for safety and liability purposes, and are removed only under the account-closure retention period described on this page.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you:

Email: support@vtwindiagnostics.com — subject line “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

When your account is closed, the following are deleted from active use:

• Your login and profile information used to operate the account (name, email, phone number).
• Your motorcycle (garage) profiles, mileage, and notes.
• Your Oil Change Tracker reminder settings.

What is kept, and for how long

For legitimate safety, liability, and recordkeeping purposes, when an account is closed we retain a minimal record — your account identifiers (such as name and email), the diagnostic results generated for your motorcycles, and the service records and notes associated with them — for three (3) years. After the three-year period, this record is permanently deleted. Diagnostic and service-history entries are maintained as written and are not edited after the fact.

Payment information is never held by us — subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Manage or cancel an Annual License through your Apple or Google account. Diagnostic Passes are one-time purchases and do not need cancelling.
