Which motorcycles does the app support?

The app covers 2007–2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with Delphi Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems. This includes Twin Cam (Dyna, Softail, Touring) and Evolution Sportster (XL883 / XL1200) models from those years, plus CVO variants with the Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam 110 engine.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can use the app on any device signed into the same account. Note that locally saved data (garage profiles, diagnostics, service records) is stored on each device individually.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a password reset link. If you signed up using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, use that provider's recovery flow instead — you won't have a separate password to reset.

Is the diagnostic information a substitute for a service manual?

No. The app is a reference and diagnostic aid designed to help you identify common issues. For critical repairs, safety-related work, or detailed procedures, always consult your motorcycle's factory service manual and/or a qualified technician.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies. Visit Apple's refund page or Google Play's refund page for instructions.

I found an error in the diagnostic data. How do I report it?

We appreciate your feedback. Please email us at support@vtwindiagnostics.com with the specific diagnostic path, step, or specification in question, and we'll review and correct it in a future update.
